Pastor Adriana Fodor To Provide Executive Secretary Cover for the Welsh Mission
The Welsh Mission is pleased to share that Pastor Adriana Fodor will be providing cover in the role of Designated Welsh Mission Executive Secretary during the current interim leadership period.
Following the retirement of Pastor Graham Allcock and the commencement of interim leadership arrangements within the Welsh Mission, it was agreed with the BUC Officers that Pastor Adriana Fodor would provide support and cover for the Executive Secretary function. This arrangement was subsequently endorsed by the Welsh Mission Executive Committee.
Pastor Adriana brings pastoral experience, administrative ability, and a deep commitment to the mission of the Church. Her support strengthens the Welsh Mission’s capacity during an important period of transition, helping to maintain administrative continuity, support local churches, and assist with the coordination of Mission processes.
This arrangement also reflects a desire to develop knowledge, leadership capacity and administrative expertise within the Welsh Mission. As the Mission continues to serve its churches, companies, pastors, officers, sponsors and members, it is important that leadership capacity is nurtured and shared within the Mission itself.
In this designated cover role, Pastor Adriana will assist with the work of the Welsh Mission through careful administration, coordination of Mission processes, and support for stronger links between pastoral ministry, church life and Mission governance. Her contribution will help the Mission continue to operate with clarity, accountability and a renewed focus on service.
Pastor Adriana’s ministry has already been marked by dedication, faithfulness and a willingness to serve where needed. Her personal journey and pastoral calling reflect a commitment to Christ and to the life of the Church. She approaches ministry with the spirit expressed in Colossians 3:23: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.”
The Welsh Mission is grateful for Pastor Adriana’s willingness to provide this support during a significant season in the life of the Mission. We invite members, churches and pastors across Wales to pray for her as she serves in this designated capacity, and to support her as she works alongside the Welsh Mission Officers, pastors and Executive Committee in service of God’s mission.
